Group Financial Controller集团财务总监 - 港股上市公司（重资产）

As a core leader of the group's financial management, the position holder will be fully responsible for the Group financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and treasury planning. This position requires profound experience in asset financing and exceptional cross-cultural communication skills to ensure the financial framework efficiently supports the group's global aircraft asset allocation and business expansion.

Duties and responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Group Control

• Develop and drive the Group’s medium- to long-term financial strategy, including capital structure optimization, funding strategy, and tax planning to support business growth.
• Establish and oversee the implementation of Group’s financial policies, internal controls system, and operational procedures across the group to ensure standardized and effective financial operations.
• Ensure all Group’s financial activities comply with Hong Kong listing rules and relevant regulations and financial reporting standards.

Budgeting & Financial Reporting

• Lead the Group’s global annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Establish budget and monitoring mechanisms with in-depth variance analyses and provide timely alerts and insights to senior management.
• Oversee Group’s financial closing and reporting process and supervise the preparation of interim/annual reports ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely disclosure.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Decision Support

• Build and maintain core financial models for long-term planning, scenarios simulation, and stress testing
• Conduct deep-dive financial analyses on aircrafts asset yield, lease contract cash flows, and financial / operating cost structure
• Provide comprehensive financial evaluation and recommendations for major business transaction including aircraft acquisitions, used aircrafts disposals, and lease extension/terminations.

Treasury Planning & Asset Financing

• Develop and execute the Group’s liquidity management strategies to ensure sufficient and efficient working capital.
•  Lead all Group’s financing activities including syndicated loans, bonds issuances, ABS, etc.  and explore new funding channels.
• Deeply Involved in the aircraft financing processes by evaluating financial structures, financing negotiations, and managing closings.
• Manage interest rate and FX risks strategies through appropriate instruments to hedge relevant risk.

Cross Department Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with Senior Management and relevant departments to assess lessee credit risk, lease terms, and asset values from a financial perspective.
• Coordinate with Legal, Contract Management and other related teams to ensure all financial documents and major transactions meet financial and risk control compliance.
• As primary lead to manage the annual audit process, maintaining effective communication with external auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years' financial management experience, with at least 3years as Financial Controller or in a senior group level role within a large corporation.
• Extensive and strong asset financing background; with familiarity in financing structures and transaction process. Candidates with a background in airlines, aircraft leasing, or related infrastructure /large asset leasing preferred.
• Experience in Hong Kong other internationally listing company, with knowledge of listing rules and disclosure requirements.
• Strong strategic vision, business acumen, leadership skills and the ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin; and
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Process and ERP system (Kingdee).
