 核心岗位职责（Core Job Responsibilities）
1. 负责香港、拉美、中亚地区目标国家的金融机构合作拓展，聚焦区块链、Web3及稳定币相关业务场景，对接银行、支付清算组织、合规金融服务机构等，搭建区域合作网络，达成业务合作目标；
Responsible for expanding cooperation with financial institutions (including banks, payment and clearing organizations, compliant financial service institutions) in target countries/regions including Hong Kong, Latin America, and Central Asia, focusing on blockchain, Web3, and stablecoin-related business scenarios; build regional cooperation networks to achieve business cooperation goals.
2. 主导区域内区块链、Web3及稳定币相关金融业务牌照的调研、申请及合规落地，深度解读当地监管政策对该领域的要求，确保业务合法合规开展；
Lead the research, application, and compliance implementation of financial business licenses related to blockchain, Web3, and stablecoins in the region; deeply interpret local regulatory policies on these fields to ensure legal and compliant business operation.
3. 推进区块链项目、稳定币支付结算等合作项目的业务系统对接、技术调试及上线落地，协调内部技术、合规团队与合作机构的沟通协同，保障Web3相关业务顺畅落地；
Promote business system docking, technical debugging, and launch implementation of cooperative projects such as blockchain projects and stablecoin payment and settlement; coordinate communication and collaboration between internal technical/compliance teams and cooperative institutions to ensure smooth implementation of Web3-related businesses.
4. 维护核心合作机构关系，围绕区块链、Web3生态及稳定币业务需求开展定期复盘与深度对接，挖掘合作延伸价值，提升合作粘性；
Maintain relationships with core cooperative institutions; conduct regular reviews and in-depth docking around the needs of blockchain, Web3 ecology, and stablecoin businesses; explore extended cooperation value to enhance cooperation stickiness.
5. 跟踪区域内区块链、Web3及稳定币领域的市场动态、监管政策变化及行业竞争格局，输出针对性分析报告，为公司业务策略调整提供支撑；
Track market trends, regulatory policy changes, and industry competition landscape in the fields of blockchain, Web3, and stablecoins in the region; output targeted analysis reports to support the company's business strategy adjustments.

任职资格要求（Qualifications & Requirements）
1. 学历背景：本科及以上学历，金融、国际贸易、区块链、计算机相关专业优先；
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, Blockchain, Computer Science are preferred.
2. 工作经验：3-5年国际大行（如汇丰、花旗等）或国际支付清算组织（如SWIFT、Visa等）相关工作经验，具备跨境金融合作、牌照申请或区块链/Web3/稳定币相关业务落地经验者优先；
Work Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in international major banks (e.g., HSBC, Citigroup) or international payment and clearing organizations (e.g., SWIFT, Visa); experience in cross-border financial cooperation, license application, or business implementation related to blockchain/Web3/stablecoins is preferred.
3. 语言能力：精通英文（听说读写流利，可作为工作语言），优先掌握俄语（对应中亚市场）、西班牙语（对应拉美市场）者；
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; usable as working language); proficiency in Russian (for Central Asian market) or Spanish (for Latin American market) is preferred.
4. 专业能力：熟悉香港、拉美、中亚地区金融监管政策，尤其精通区块链、Web3及稳定币领域的区域监管框架、支付清算体系及金融机构合作模式；具备独立推进合作项目从谈判到落地的全流程能力；
Professional Competence: Familiar with financial regulatory policies in Hong Kong, Latin America, and Central Asia, especially proficient in the regional regulatory framework, payment and clearing systems, and financial institution cooperation models in the fields of blockchain, Web3, and stablecoins; capable of independently promoting the entire process of cooperative projects from negotiation to implementation.
5. 综合素养：具备极强的跨境沟通协调能力、商务谈判能力及问题解决能力，抗压性强，能适应跨区域出差；
Comprehensive Qualities: Strong cross-border communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities; high pressure resistance; able to adapt to cross-regional business trips.
6. 行业认知：深入熟悉区块链技术原理、Web3生态体系及稳定币的发行机制、运营模式与合规要点，认可行业发展前景，具备敏锐的合规风险识别与管控能力；
Industry Cognition: In-depth familiarity with blockchain technology principles, Web3 ecological system, and the issuance mechanism, operation model, and compliance key points of stablecoins; recognition of industry development prospects; sharp ability in identifying and controlling compliance risks.
