Position Overview
We are seeking a Head of Product (Marketing focus) to lead product strategy, innovation, and go-to-market execution. The role will drive cross-functional alignment between product development, brand positioning, and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong market impact and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.

Partner with R&D, operations, and commercial teams to develop and launch products that meet market demands.

Lead product positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring differentiation and competitiveness.

Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to post-launch optimization.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.

Build and manage a cross-functional product team, fostering collaboration between product, brand, and marketing.

Track and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and ROI to guide iteration.

Act as a bridge between marketing and product development, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related discipline;

8+ years of experience in product management / product marketing within FMCG, consumer goods, or internet/tech industries.

Strong track record of successful product launches and market expansion.

Solid understanding of consumer insights, digital marketing, and brand building.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and cross-department collaboration.

Analytical and strategic mindset, with strong problem-solving and execution ability.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
