- Serve as a strategic business partner, collaborating with the leadership team to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness
- Act as strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership, using data to identify and develop talent, engagement, performance, culture and capability building to APAC business outcomes
- Deliver short- and long-term sustainable business/function performance through strategic capability building
- Optimize the workforce through resource planning, productivity analysis, structure, operational and deployment of resource
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR function roles
- Working experience in TMT industry is a must
- In-depth knowledge of HR management aspects such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, TM&OD, performance management, employee relations, and compensation
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
