Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Strategic Recruitment & Talent Mapping

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Thailand office, especially mid-to-senior level hiring.

• Conduct talent mapping for key functions (Sales, Operations, Product, Tech, etc.), build long-term talent pipelines.

• Support workforce planning aligned with business growth targets.

• Partner with business leaders to define competency models and hiring standards.

• Monitor hiring quality, time-to-fill, and hiring efficiency metrics.

2️⃣ Business Partnering (Core HRBP Function)

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in Thailand.

• Support organizational design and team structure optimization.

• Provide advice on performance management, team development, and employee engagement.

• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Support change management during expansion or restructuring phases.

3️⃣ Performance & People Development

• Support performance cycle implementation and calibration.

• Identify high-potential talent and succession planning opportunities.

• Coach managers on people management, communication, and team effectiveness.

4️⃣ Employee Relations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Thailand labor law and local employment practices.

• Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and risk awareness.

• Maintain a healthy and performance-driven culture within the Thailand office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

• 5+ years of HR experience, with at least:

  • Strong recruitment background (including senior-level hiring & talent mapping experience).

  • 2–3 years of HRBP or business-facing HR experience.

• Prior experience in Internet / Technology / High-growth companies is required.

• Experience supporting commercial teams (Sales/BD) is a strong plus.

• Familiar with Thailand labor law and local HR practices.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

• Fluent in Thai and English; Mandarin is a plus.

• Self-driven, data-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
