- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic plan for the account to meet or exceed customer objectives and sales goals. Revise the account strategy and plan to ensure they fit the changing key account needs and priorities.
- Master the trend of the industry, look for business opportunity, develop new customer;
- Develop and promote the business scale of existing customers. Provide advice about the selling, marketing and products. Participate into the marketing activities of customer;
- Achieve budget. Assist and drive the technical service and factory to build the closed communication and cooperation;
- Owns escalation issues for the account and drives those escalations to closure while creating a high level of customer satisfaction for the account and a win-win environment for the partnership with the account.
- Daily sales work, like visiting customer, telephone contact, quote, negotiating, signing the contract, follow up and coordination of delivery and AR; Actively react on customers’ needs;
- Over 8-years sales or Marketing experiences in the liquid food industry. Dairy is preferable;
- Good at communication and interpersonal competence,Good speaking and writing in English;
- Prespective, has strategic sence;
- Positive, confident, honest, reliable;
- Great team spirit and ability of collaboration;
- Self-driven; Own professional network;
- Can accept frequent business travel.
