Job Purpose
The MI Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining management information systems and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful analysis of business performance, enabling management to optimize operations and achieve strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Management Information (MI) frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems across business units
- Analyze business performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales, IT, Marketing) to understand reporting requirements
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across systems and reports
- Lead the design and implementation of BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Establish data governance standards and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MI, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, CMI or related roles
- Proven experience in managing reporting systems and delivering data-driven insights
- Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience working with cross industry service company
- Strong business acumen, especially in service or certification industry (preferred)
- English as working language
