Position Title: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Director
Purpose:
The Marketing Manager Asia plays a crucial role in the Company’s market expansion and product success by conducting market analysis, developing and validating Value-in-Use (VIU) models, and creating effective go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis of new and existing markets in Asia, assessing trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop VIU models showcasing the economic value and practical benefits of the Company’s products.
- Validate VIU assumptions through customer feedback and pilot studies.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including marketing campaigns and distribution channels.
- Coordinate with sales, product development, finance, and operations to align strategies.
- Analyze market data using advanced tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor market trends and adapt marketing strategies to stay competitive.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Implement innovative marketing tactics and explore new channels to enhance brand visibility.
- Adhere to the Company’s values, HR, and HS&E policies.
Complexity:

- Coordination across functions and countries.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing and sales, with significant strategic roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Experience in developing and validating VIU models and go-to-market strategies.
- Familiarity with Asia’s regulatory requirements and cultural differences.
- Strong skills in managing multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and digital marketing tools.
- Industry-specific experience preferred.
