- Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team, develop and manage the annual operations budget, monitoring expenditures and reporting variances
- Ensure alignment with sales and distribution teams to meet customer service commitments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance KPIs and overall operational efficiency
- Manage operations to achieve P&L objectives
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operation management role
- Industry experience in Industrial Automation, Healthcare Life Sciences, Scientific Instrument, High End Equipment and other related is a strong plus
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
