- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for plant production goals.
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
- Schedule and conduct plant meetings.

- Continually monitor performance and actively implement a programme of continuous improvement within operations

Qualification:
ü More than 10 years’ glass experience with recent 3 years in multinational company’s related senior management position.
ü Mechanical or engineering major background, bachelor’s degree, master preferred.
ü Rich experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing.
ü Knowledge of process lines, several years operation, maintenance and project management experience。
