Scope of the Role

• Lead senior-level search assignments from client briefing through to placement and onboarding support.
• Act as a strategic advisor to board and executive stakeholders, offering insight beyond recruitment — including succession planning, organizational design, and market intelligence.
• Engage with top-level executives with credibility and discretion, understanding not just experience but leadership DNA.
• Collaborate across borders and sectors to deliver tailored search strategies that meet complex client needs.
• Build long-term client partnerships grounded in insight, consistency, and integrity.
• Contribute to the firm’s positioning, thought leadership, and practice development at a national or international level.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in executive search for over 10 years within industry, consulting, or strategy environments.
• Commercial and strategic thinking — you understand business drivers and how leadership shapes performance.
• Gravitas and confidence to work with C-suite stakeholders and represent the brand at senior levels.
• Exceptional communication — you listen, challenge, and advise with clarity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you build, initiate, and own outcomes; you see gaps and turn them into opportunities.
• Integrity-driven — you operate with judgment, discretion, and a deep respect for people and process.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; international experience is a plus.
