Title: Regional Sales Manager
Report to: Business Director
Location: Chengdu
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a regional sales team to drive business growth with key customers in the municipal, coal chemical, and petrochemical sectors. You will play a critical role in shaping regional sales strategy, elevating service excellence, and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the regional sales team to achieve business targets, providing coaching, performance management, and professional development support.

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key accounts in the municipal, coal chemical, and petrochemical industries to support sustainable business growth.

Gather, analyze, and act on market intelligence to inform regional strategy and decision-making.

Oversee the use of Sales Force to maintain and update project trackers and enquiry registers, ensuring data accuracy and team adoption.

Collaborate with segment specification teams, business development managers, and field technical specialists to optimize project win rates and resource allocation.

Ensure high-quality sales service throughout the delivery process and drive full, on-time collection performance.

Report to senior leadership and contribute to regional business planning and execution.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above (Chemical, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields preferred)

8+ years of sales or marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role

Proven success in managing large-scale projects in municipal, coal chemical, or petrochemical markets is highly preferred

Strong capability in new customer development and strategic account management

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
