- Lead business development activities linked to margarine:
- Lead on product development and improvement, for customer projects and products for the general market (innovation)
- Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk and for technical support.
- In cooperation with the BU Plant Based- margarine: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market
- Manager the local RND – plant-based and compound chocolate projects with the support from the dedicated RND colleague
- Manage the team to deliver the new product according to the innovation pipeline.
- Support customer visits, for business development, protection of business at risk.
- In cooperation with the BUs with team together: taking care of the implementation of strategic products in China market.
- Support to operations:
- Support feasibility studies, implementation of new processes and the launch of new production lines.
- Support on processing improvement, cost reduction, raw materials screening, and selection.
- Training:
- Support to do the technical training for MKT, sales and operations.
- Education: Master or above in Food science
- Experience: min 5 years
- Technical knowledge/skill
- Product technical knowledge, especially on margarine product development and operation process
- With theoretical and practical knowledge in application (raw materials and finish goods)
- Language: Fluent Mandarin and English
