Key Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Collaborate on the development of sales strategies for the region to achieve business objectives.
- Work with Marketplace, RD, and Franchise Operations to create an annual business plan covering POS expansion, assortment planning, and retail operations.
- Provide commercial insights to Category Sales on the regional range plan.
- Regularly forecast and report various retail metrics such as POS openings, inventory, and growth rates.
- Monitor inventory management plans and buying plans with hypermarket accounts.
Management:
- Manage key accounts and implement regional retail plans.
- Oversee retail expansion and coordinate with RD to ensure alignment with development plans.
- Work with Franchise Ops on assortment and retail operations implementation.
- Align marketing plans with selling strategies through cooperation with Retail Marketing.
- Build strong relationships with senior management of major accounts.
- Coach and develop team members, ensuring clarity of job roles and adherence to company processes.
Financial:
- Responsible for overall sales performance in the area.
- Maintain healthy accounts receivable balance and control travel & entertainment budget.
- Ensure accuracy of financial information required by the company.
Systems and Processes:
- Develop and manage key business processes, including selling processes and reporting.
- Collect timely market intelligence about trends and competitive environments.
- Implement controls to maintain high integrity standards.
Training:
- Collaborate with HR to create a training and development plan.
- Ensure team members understand their roles and provide necessary guidance.
- Participate actively in departmental training initiatives.
Others:
- Carry out additional job-related tasks as assigned by leadership.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Net Sales, New and Total POS Openings, Scale Growth, Trade Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, Mandatory Range Realization, Sales Budget Management.
Key Relationships:
- Customers/Accounts, Marketing, Retail, Internal Sales Team, Finance.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree focused on business marketing and sales.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in large organizations, preferably in apparel, fashion, shoes, or FMCG, with at least 3-5 years in operational and people management.
- Experience in sports, marketing, or supply chain preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Office.
