Scope of the Role
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from market research and sourcing to placement and post-offer consultation.
- Work closely with clients to understand role requirements and team dynamics, delivering candidates that match both skill and culture.
- Build strong relationships with professionals in your domain — becoming a trusted contact, not just a recruiter.
- Balance delivery with business growth — you’ll be responsible for developing your own client relationships over time.
- Use Morgan Philips’ tools, data, and brand to sharpen your execution and scale your results.
- Contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing team environment that values ideas and initiative
- Recruitment experience or domain-specific background in a professional function.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at speed.
- Curious, fast learner with the ability to understand industry trends and hiring challenges.
- Clear, confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and naturally.

- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
