Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support Understand client business needs and align appropriate solutions Gather technical requirements and design technical solutions with integration plans Address technical and security questionnaires Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) Conduct scoping exercises and provide service quote estimates 2. Solution Delivery Produce accurate and comprehensive technical documentation Configure and customize solutions to meet client business requirements Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Lead consulting and enablement sessions, documenting key outcomes Design conversational workflows, natural dialog flows, wireframes, and templates
3. Internal Contribution & Continuous Development Document best practices and share knowledge within the team Gather market requirements and provide feedback to influence product evolution Stay current on product and solution updates, both technically and commercially
Job Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant Strong understanding of solution design, requirements gathering, and project delivery
2. Excellent technical communication skills; capable of handling technical and security questionnaires independently
3. Skilled in delivering product demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs) Solid project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables
4. Experience with conversational workflows, CX consulting, or industry-specific solutions is a plus Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with regional and headquarters teams
5. Quick learner with the ability to master new products and domains
