In this exciting role you will:
- Initiate and execute business plan to develop and penetrate target geography and key categories in order to achieve sales target, project pipeline, and new win revenue
- Develop strategic relationship with customer Developing and building strong relationship with new and assigned customers,proactive business activities
- Above 5 years’ sales experience in food /ingredient/additives industry, either in technical or commercial field
- Bachelor degree, food science related major is a plus
- Passion to win in a challenging environment
- Good business acumen in the selective category
- Good analytical skills to drill to the root cause
- Resilient in the demanding sales work
- Good organization awareness
- Growth mindset and strong learning agility
- Good command of English, skillful in using MS office
