What You’ll Do
As our Backend Tech Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and performance of our core systems. You’ll work closely with the founding team, product managers, and AI engineers to build robust backend services that power intelligent, data-driven experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend systems

• Lead technical decision-making and own the architecture roadmap

• Collaborate across functions to ensure seamless integration with frontend and AI models

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture

• Stay on top of emerging backend technologies and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience, with solid knowledge of modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)

• Proven track record of designing and scaling distributed systems

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in an internet/tech company or startup environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and excited to build from 0 to 1

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a big plus
