Project Delivery Head - AI/ML Products
 
Job Purpose:
 
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Delivery Head for our AI/ML products division. The successful candidate will lead a global team of 200 professionals and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AI and ML products. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage and inspire a diverse, cross-functional, and geographically dispersed team, and the capacity to work with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and manage a global team of 200 people, ensuring high performance, motivation, and engagement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and ensure the successful delivery of AI/ML projects.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Project Delivery:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML products, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Establish and maintain robust project management processes and methodologies to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve project goals.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to ensure alignment and support for AI/ML initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and to ensure the successful adoption of AI/ML products.
Cross-Functional Teamwork:
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business units, to ensure seamless project execution.
Promote effective communication and collaboration across different geographic regions and time zones.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Contribute to the development of the AI/ML strategic roadmap, aligning project delivery with business goals and objectives.
Identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive business growth and innovation.
Ensure alignment of project activities with the overall technology strategy and business objectives of Group.
Risk Management:
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and group policies.
Requirements:
 
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AI/ML product delivery.
Proven experience managing large, global teams.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
