- He/She will have the full P&L Responsibility for the APAC Region and manage the entity in Beijing & Singapore.
- He/She will have to strengthen our value proposition in our core business, expand sales with existing and new channels while finding new business opportunities within Client main market segments.
- He/she will need to anticipate future customer needs and market trends to insufflate innovation in our new product roadmap enabling us to stay ahead of competition. To do so, the GM will be able to rely on our own product management, marketing and engineering team while also exploring partnerships to accelerate time to market for our future new product developments.
- He/she will also need to work with the team to improve our services to customer and continuously challenge and digitalize our internal process to make sure that we gain in efficiency and productivity.
- He/she will have the mission to develop the team of talents we have in APAC and strengthen the winning culture that contributes to the success
