Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and align program scope end to end with cross functional team and factories, including planning, coordinating resources, and implementation.
- Scope and identify program implementation schedules/timelines to ensure programs are planned and staged for success and align with brand expectation and program complexity.
- Identify and mitigate risk and facilitate trade-off as needed, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements as required. Escalation with deployment.
- Communicate program status, prioritization, and risk with key stakeholders and the senior leadership team.
- Implement and continuously seek for process optimization opportunities and improvement on lead time, costs and quality throughout internal teams and among factories.
- Establish and maintain a culture of winning as a team and take ownership throughout the program community.
- Proactively provide data-driven insight and details to senior management team for decision making and prioritization.
- 5-7 years of demonstrated program management experience.
- Experience supporting complex business and process transformation.
- Successful track record delivering in a fast-paced, agile, high volume and collaborative cross-functional environment.
