Principal Accountabilities:
The position is expected to have a positive impact the sales and financial objectives by leading the Jiangsu Sales Team to achieve the target as well as developing relationships with key accounts in Jiangsu Area.

- Lead the team to achieve the team target.
- Develop key accounts within the area to achieve the personal target.
- Support the team to identify the new opportunities and drive the organic growth.
- Co-ordinate with the supporting functions to support the business growth.
Requires:
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial product sales, preferably in the paint industry.
- Familiar with the protective coating market in particular for Jiangsu area.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Engineering or related fields.
- Strong adaptability and teamwork spirit.
- Able to travel frequently within the region.
