To support our strategic objectives and ensure operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced S&OP Manager with a background in import/export operations and extensive expertise in sales planning within the food industry.

Position Overview: As the S&OP Manager, you will lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to optimize supply chain efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of import/export procedures and regulations, coupled with a proven track record in developing and executing effective sales plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business success in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and implementation of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production schedules, and inventory levels.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, production, and logistics to gather inputs, validate forecasts, and drive consensus on demand and supply plans.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and historical data to generate accurate sales forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  4. Oversee import/export activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and optimizing transportation and customs clearance processes.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and operations planning, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  7. Provide leadership and guidance to the S&OP team, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or sales planning within the food industry,
  3. Extensive knowledge of import/export operations, including customs regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade agreements.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  6. Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems. Experience with advanced planning software is highly desirable.
