  • Ensure high level of stakeholder engagement through collaboration with key account sales manager and other functions within the organization to deliver on objectives, from Sales to Marketing.
  • Localize audiophile strategy for China, identifying and focus on key accounts
  • Identify and engage constantly with key account, providing them with insight to differentiate Sennheiser, and focus on our brand.
  • Develop a strong relationship with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and the community to maximize our brand goodwill. Then collaborate with headquarter to develop regional or community variant of existing products.
  • Lead the development of the value proposition and buyer persona of specific products
  • Identify product Unique Selling Proposition (USP) based on local testing and needs, to provide account with the right knowledge and tools.
  • Identify partnership with 3rd party to increase revenue.
  • Manage product life cycle from launches to discontinuation. This includes but not limited to collaborating with sales and marketing on go-to-market strategy, planning and executing launches.
  • Manage channel mix with sales manager to ensure product penetration and sustainable sales rate.
  • Plan and propose discount and promotion to ensure profitability but yet maintaining premium brand image.
  • Communicate new product information and news to Sales Team, distributors and customers.
  • Provide expert advice to the Purchasing & Sales Department in ensuring a more effective demand planning, i.e sales potential, market conditions, product trends, market developments.
  • Organize product training for distributors, dealers and in-house staff.
  • Handle product inquiries when required.
  • Evaluate market requirements and specify feature content for new products.
  • Preparation of competitor matrix and report by monitoring competitor activities, their pricing, product distribution and product performance
  • Analyze and quantify market potential for respective countries in Asia.
  • Analysis of Business Intelligence data and provide reports to HQ.
