- Strategic Operations & Marketing Acumen: Demonstrates profound expertise in operations, marketing, and sales management, with a deep understanding of both online and offline channel dynamics and business management.
- Global Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of European, American, and Southeast Asian markets, with direct management experience in these regions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to inspire, organize, influence, and motivate diverse teams to achieve extraordinary outcomes.
- Educational Credentials: Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate closely with global OBM executives to develop and implement mid- to long-term business strategies. Ensure optimal resource allocation to drive global business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Lead and synergize cross-departmental teams, including sales, marketing, product management, quality assurance/customer service, and supply chain management, to achieve overarching business goals.
- Global KPI Accountability: Take ownership of year-on-year global KPIs, encompassing sales volume, revenue, net profit, inventory optimization, and accounts receivable performance.
