About Client: Our client is a MNC B2B Service company with HQ in UK. They are running more than RMB 100M Yearly Business in Great China Region and right now looking for a new Chief Operation Officer.
Main Responsibility:
* Operation Strategy Management and Implementation. Being a part of core leadership team in China, participant in Great China business strategy development and implementation.
* Profitability Control. In charge of the profitability and cost efficiency control of the whole operation delivery. Consistently improve the cost efficiency.
* Service Delivery Control. In charge of all service delivery process. Make sure the quality of the service delivered, keep good company brands among clients and gain good customer satisfaction.
* Service Delivery Improvement. Consistently find the opportunity to enhance the service delivery process.
* People Management. Conduct properly manage team. Inspired and motivated them to delivery proper service and gain better performance.
* Support business growth via operation perspective.
* Regional Collaboration and Global Communication.
Main Requirements:
* Has the experience to support / lead B2B Service business in Mainland China / Great China (Including Hong Kong) perspective;
* Strong Commercial Sense and experience to support the profitability management;
* Experienced to cooperate / manage experienced expertise.
* Know how to help business growth via operations.
* Experienced in operation management, service delivery control / management;
* Fluent bilingual communication capability, both in Speaking and Writing. (Chinese and English)
* For culture fit in purpose, experience in multinational company is a must.
