My client is a new revolutionary premium skincare brand, founded by Nobel Laureate in 2019 with global HQ in NYC.

- Optimize the execution of offline retail sales and overall brand performance in China.
- Achieve and grow key sales KPIs focusing on driving conversion, average transaction value, repeat purchase rate and customer retention.
- Work closely with the eCommerce manager and team to synchronise offline and online retail to ensure a strong Omnichannel retail experience.
- Drive sales at wholesale partner retail locations, working closely with their beauty advisors, retail managers, and regional managers.
- Work with the trade marketing manager to optimise online and offline marketing at a local store level to deliver maximum efficiency and sales.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team: A retail manager, Beauty Advisors and aestheticians (where appropriate) in each of retail locations.
- Supervise and guide the plans and execution of sell-out acceleration activities of all POS managers.
- Collaborate with Brand Development & Marketing departments to develop sales and marketing materials / POSM required for retailers.
- Responsible for the implementation of merchandising and grooming guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Operations department for fulfilment and merchandising implementation.
- Work closely with the Global Director of Training and Education to deliver ongoing sales, brand, and technology training to our own beauty advisors and third-party wholesale partners with a goal of increasing conversion, average transaction value, repeat purchase rate, customer retention and ensure that retails locations deliver the highest levels of customer service and care within the skincare industry.
- Oversees the stock level and a healthy rotation rate in each retail location (including wholesale partners) with special attention to short shelf-life products such as Vitamin C.
- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting by beauty assistants and retail managers.
- Consolidate the weekly and monthly national sell-out reports.
- Lead and consolidate the department's national quarterly forecast in partnership with the region’s Sales Director.
- Lead weekly and monthly sell-out review meetings with retail managers, and beauty assistants. Establish an environment of responsibility and ownership to meet targets with weekly and monthly updates from all retail managers.
- Develop local and regional KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Supervise the rollout of a new brand-owned data collection system in stores and ensure CRM strategy is executed.
- University degree/ Education (BA level), preferably in Business Management. Master’s is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales roles involving working with high-end retailers / shopping malls (brick and mortar)
- Proven record in continuously delivering against sales targets
- Well-established networks to recruit very good store managers and Beauty Advisors
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting HNWI in China
- Comfortable with seamless execution, teamwork and result-driven culture
- A collaborative, inspiring leader with strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient English language, both written and spoken
