This position leads the entire commercial operations cycle (OTD & OTC) for Global Business. The role manages logistics, customer service, and invoice & payment teams, coordinating key operational projects. You'll be the central figure connecting internal and external resources to ensure consistently timely and efficient operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Based on Global Business development needs, collaborate on annual planning for commercial operations teams (logistics, customer service, invoice & payment). This includes defining business plans, key projects, organizational structure & staffing, and key objectives. 
  • Project Management & Resource Coordination: Communicate and follow-up with internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery and progress of critical tasks for the overseas business operation team. 
  • OTD/OTC Optimization: Regularly analyze operational efficiency of OTD/OTC processes using dashboards and other data sources. Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions from a strategic perspective. 
  • Issue Resolution & Communication: Proactively communicate needs and challenges to Global Commercial teams. Lead internal OTD/OTC teams to investigate, address, and resolve issues. 
  • Organizational Development and people management: Based on business development requirements, evaluate and propose adjustments to the organizational structure, including adding or reallocating teams and personnel to ensure unwavering support for global business. Set KPIs and conduct performance reviews for Logistics Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Invoice & Payment Supervisor. 
  • Project Leadership: As a core member, participate in key commercial operations projects. Allocate resources effectively and drive successful completion of critical initiatives. 
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager. 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 15 years working experience, previous experience in After Sale Service and Supply Chain of Advanced manufacturing industry highly preferred; 
  • Familiar with general OTD/OTC process, can identify key tasks and objectives and adjust along with business development; 
  • Strong talents in strategy planning, communication, logistic thinking and can talk with management team providing reliable and effective opinions; 
  • Solid people management experience for identify, motivate, coach staffs; 
  • Work diligently, have a sense of responsibility, result oriented, and can withstand certain work pressure; 
  • Fluent English in both oral and verbal.
