We are currently looking for a Contract Manager (Sales Manager) Mainland China to work on architectural projects in the following fields: hospitality industry, luxury houses, condominium projects, retail projects, offices, museums, etc.

We are currently looking for a Contract Manager (Sales Manager) Mainland China to work on architectural projects in the following fields: hospitality industry, luxury houses, condominium projects, retail projects, offices, museums, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and key account management activities: maintaining and developing direct relationships with key influencers in the selection of lighting on projects including but not limited to lighting designers, architects channel partners and developers.
- Presentation of the product range and the different solutions.
- Launch of new products.
- Representation of the brand as a real "Brand Ambassador".
- Accountable for managing the complete project pipeline of the China team, with a strategic emphasis on driving key business opportunities.
- Improving and further develop relationships with major dealers and channel partners in the market (Lighting specialists, electrical wholesalers, B&M dealers etc.)
- Leading the contract team, consisting of one Non- Key Account sales manager, one Key Account assistant sales manager and a lighting designer /consultant /technical support resource.
- Working with the contract team on promoting and assisting in technical inquiry to all the customers.
Key Experience & Skills
- Passion for interior design and architecture.
- Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
- Experience in architectural projects and knowledge of architectural lighting would be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in sales and business development for luxury homeware or luxury goods would be a strong plus.
- Existing network within the interior design and architecture world.
- Strong business sense and customer oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to represent a luxury brand.
- Passion for working in team.
- Proactive and collaborative working style.
- Ability to travel extensively.
