Role Summary
We are seeking a systems-oriented technology leader to help shape and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy across AI datacenter power & thermal management, or humanoid robotics (sensing, actuation) platforms. This role will work closely with the Chairman/ CEO, CTO, R&D, Business Units, and strategic customers to translate technology vision into scalable product and platform roadmaps. The ideal candidate combines strong systems architecture capability, cross-functional leadership, and practical experience bringing products from concept through NPI and mass production. Rather than a narrow domain specialist, we are looking for a technology leader with broad platform thinking, strong execution capability, and the ability to integrate multiple technologies into commercially viable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to define and execute 3–5 year technology and platform strategies across AI datacenter infrastructure or intelligent automation
- Translate technology vision into actionable platform roadmaps and development priorities
- Lead cross-functional alignment among R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and business units
- Identify technology capability gaps and recommend build, partner, or investment (M&A) strategies
- Drive platform architecture discussions across Datacenter power systems & Thermal management or Robotics systems
- Support product and platform development from concept, architecture, and design through NPI, qualification, ramp-up, and commercialization
- Support strategic customer engagements with hyperscalers, OEMs, and ODM partners
- 12–18+ years of experience in advanced hardware systems, platform architecture, or multidisciplinary engineering leadership
- Proven experience as: System architect, Platform engineering leader, R&D director or Advanced technology program leader
- Strong systems-level understanding across at least one of the following domains in AI datacenter power & thermal management, or humanoid robotics (sensing, actuation)
- Working knowledge across adjacent domains and strong integration capability preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs involving R&D, operations, quality, supply chain, and customers
- Proven end-to-end product development experience: System definition, Architecture, Design, Validation, NPI, Manufacturing ramp, Lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of: System integration, Cost/performance optimization, Reliability engineering, Design-for-manufacturing (DFM), Scalability and commercialization
- Experience supporting hyperscaler, OEM, ODM, or JDM customer programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
- International business exposure and ability to work across global teams
- Fluent English communication skills
