Customer Innovation leader for Foodservice

Main purpose:
Lead the customer innovation Food service team in China according to strategic and tactical needs for AAK, and in close dialogue with relevant stakeholders (Sales, CD&I, Product Management (CPM and TPM), and Supply Chain).
Work proactively through leadership to optimize pipeline and increase effectiveness in getting resources focused on right opportunities, as well as drive for increased efficiency in improving the win-rates.
Ensure capabilities as required to support and grow business for Food service (people and equipment) including a robust application pilot set-up with robust and safe procedures and robust set of right analysis.
Engaged in AAK Chinas FS ”Go-To-Market” team.
Actively looking for new proactive activities to enhance our AAK innovation and business development in the region.
Supports the AAK CI global networks.
Role:
Lead and develop our application lab (capabilities, applications, methods, way of working and analysis)
Responsible for CI FS opportunity pipeline (prioritization, resource allocation etc.) and MDI NPD pipeline
Technical solution provider
Create customer relations
Specialist in fat chemistry and FS application knowledge
Key responsibilities:
Optimize execution of CI FS opportunity pipeline
Responsible for long term MDI NPD project pipeline
Lead and develop our application lab (capabilities, applications, methods, way of working and analysis)
Support sales in finding new opportunities in selected markets
Pro-active co-development of technical solutions with customers leading to new sales or defending present sales
Visit and meet customers to identify needs and build up relations
Be technical specialist for given customers incl. trouble shooting, claims, product specifications and general technical support
Responsible for scaling up of own NPD in factory or at OEM
In-house training of colleagues and customers in AAK Academy
