Responsibilities:

1. Lead data scientists and engineers, drive in-house data science capabilities in advanced areas like machine learning and AI, provide daily thought leadership.

2. Establish analytics standards, define needs, deliver on analytics agendas, execute sales performance analytics.

3. Lead decision sciences, offer high-quality solutions for stakeholders, enhance customer experiences through advanced analytics.

4. Create global best practices for new analytics capabilities, data sources, and fintech.

5. Support innovative solutions for improved business performance, guide team members.

Requirements:

1. Master's or PhD in quantitative disciplines.

2. Experience in leveraging analytics and machine learning for growth.

3. Hands-on expertise in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or deep learning.

4. Experience with cloud-based data ecosystems and scripting languages.

5. Ability to translate complex problems into analytical solutions based on best practices.
