Your key responsibilities include:
- Digital Marketing Initiatives: Lead and optimize our SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation
- Trend Analysis and Insights: Identify industry trends & insights to optimize spending and performance
- Growth Strategies: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to enhance our market position and achieve our growth targets
- Agency and Vendor Management: Collaborate, manage, and liaise with external agencies and vendors to support our marketing initiatives
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: 4-6 years in a Marketing role, with a strong preference for experience in B2B settings
- Goal-oriented: Success-driven, with a proven track record of achieving marketing and growth objectives
- Stakeholders’ Management: Excellent ability to work with and communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Language Skills: Proficient in both written and verbal English and Mandarin
- Strong communication skills: Enabling effective internal and external engagements
