- Act as the finance business partner for the company's 50%-owned JV businesses, providing regular visibility on financial and operational performance.
- Monitor business performance, budgets, cash flow, CAPEX/OPEX, and project progress across different stages of the JV businesses.
- Develop financial analysis and scenario models to support management decisions on investment, resource allocation, and business development.
- Identify potential cost overruns, underperformance, inefficiencies, and investment risks at an early stage, and recommend corrective actions.
- Challenge business assumptions and provide an independent financial perspective to ensure investments are aligned with expected returns and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with JV management, Operations, Procurement, PMO, and corporate functions to obtain accurate information and drive follow-up actions.
- Provide concise, forward-looking financial insights and recommendations to senior management, enabling timely and informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in plant, project, manufacturing, or commercial finance within an industrial environment.
- Strong financial analysis, business partnering, and investment evaluation capabilities.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable challenging business decisions with facts and financial analysis.
- Hands-on and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and navigate a complex JV environment.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with strong communication and influencing skills.
