Job Description:

My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to lead one of our exciting locations. The GM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to staff management, customer service, financial performance, and maintaining brand standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a drive for excellence, and a proven track record of leadership in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and inspire a team of diverse individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for guests.
  2. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
  3. Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control measures, inventory management, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of employees, fostering a positive work environment and promoting career growth opportunities.
  5. Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, actively seeking feedback and implementing initiatives to enhance the guest experience and operational efficiency.
  7. Build strong relationships with the local community, driving brand awareness and engagement through community involvement and outreach programs.
  8. Collaborate with corporate support teams to implement new initiatives, promotions, and menu offerings.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and operational goals.
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
  6. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, but not required.
