Job Description

1. Lead software development, testing, and support for impactful projects.
2. Own end-to-end product or service lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are met with optimal tech solutions.
3. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to drive product direction and establish digital environments.
4. Develop and execute automated test plans to maintain code quality.
5. Support DevOps teams with a strong focus on customer experience and domain knowledge.
6. Work with Ops, Dev, and Test Engineers to address operational issues across all release stages.
7. Ensure service resilience and recovery objectives are met for all software solutions.
8. Drive continuous improvement in the CI/CD pipeline within a DevOps team.
9. Stay updated on tools, technologies, and regulations, especially in cybersecurity and data privacy.
10. Lead and mentor a team of AI specialists, fostering innovation and excellence in technology implementation.

Qualification
• A master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading AI, ML, and emerging technology projects, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI and ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and document processing automation.
• Strong understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholder
