ABOUT THE POSITION:
- You will be the Head of Business Development for East Asia market to help the the expansion of client's business in East Asia Region.
- You will recruit and form your own team, identify suitable business development strategy in China and East Asia market, make implementation plan and drive it.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Revenue / P&L Control. Be the one in charge of the Revenue and Cost of the business unite.
- Sales Strategy Planning. Make suitable sales strategy / sales plan according to development target.
- Sales Operation Management. Monitor the whole sales activities in daily operation. Make sure the team is properly achieving the target;
- Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
- Helping the team to manage key partners;
- Hiring and training staff;
- Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
- Market research, analysis and forecasting;
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful experience of managing a commercial team of at least three years;
- Professional experience in the travel industry;
- An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong organizational and management skills;
- An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
- English and Mandarin speaker.
