ABOUT THE POSITION:
  • You will be the Head of Business Development for East Asia market to help the the expansion of client's business in East Asia Region. 
  • You will recruit and form your own team, identify suitable business development strategy in China and East Asia market, make implementation plan and drive it. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Revenue / P&L Control. Be the one in charge of the Revenue and Cost of the business unite.
  • Sales Strategy Planning. Make suitable sales strategy / sales plan according to development target.
  • Sales Operation Management. Monitor the whole sales activities in daily operation. Make sure the team is properly achieving the target;
  • Organization of search for and signing up of new business partners, as well as developing current partners and holding negotiations with them;
  • Helping the team to manage key partners;
  • Hiring and training staff;
  • Involvement in designing and implementing the division’s marketing plan;
  • Market research, analysis and forecasting;

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Successful experience of managing a commercial team of at least three years;
  • Professional experience in the travel industry;
  • An understanding of tourism and the main online booking systems;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong organizational and management skills;
  • An ability to quickly grasp the features of new markets;
  • English and Mandarin speaker.
