The Head of ESG leads the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy across business lines including property management, facilities management, project management, investment advisory, and corporate operations.
This role drives sustainability initiatives, ESG compliance, decarbonization strategies, stakeholder engagement, and ESG reporting while supporting business growth and client solutions.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the company’s ESG strategy, goals, and KPIs
- Advise senior leadership on ESG risks, opportunities, and regulations
- Integrate ESG into business operations and client services
- Lead decarbonization, energy efficiency, and net-zero initiatives
- Oversee carbon reporting and sustainability certifications (LEED, WELL, Green Mark, etc.)
- Support climate risk and resilience planning
- Drive DEI, employee wellbeing, CSR, and responsible business practices
- Ensure ESG compliance, governance policies, ethics, and risk management
- Lead ESG reporting aligned with GRI, TCFD, SASB, ISSB, and other frameworks
- Support client ESG requirements, RFPs, and investor disclosures
- Partner with business teams to develop ESG advisory solutions and commercial opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Real Estate, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (LEED AP, WELL AP, CFA ESG, etc.) preferred
- 10+ years of ESG, sustainability, or real estate experience
- Strong experience in property consultancy, facilities management, or built environment sectors
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
