Requirements：
- 10 - 15 years in strategic HR business partner roles at high-growth, fast-paced, innovative companies.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR strategies to business objectives.
- Passion for building people programs and teams from inception.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, multinational to influence business leaders across geographies.
