Responsibilities:
- Drive sales management processes and build strong relationships with market leaders to support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with sales guidelines and optimize use of CRM systems for pipeline management, reporting, and planning.
- Partner with leadership to execute client and sector strategies while implementing best practices across sales activities.
- Support talent development through recruitment, training, and performance management in collaboration with HR and L&D.
- Lead team alignment, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business targets.
- Provide market insights, manage external relationships, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead team performance, including direct and matrix reports, across planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage end-to-end people processes, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Model leadership behaviors aligned with organizational values.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years in commercial real estate and 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage with strong business development exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of property markets, asset classes, and market trends.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and property analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills in high-value transactions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
