What You’ll Do
- Own and execute B2B & offline retail channel strategy, including annual planning, promotions, and budget management
- Lead key strategic partnerships, aligning on business goals and unlocking new retail opportunities
- Drive integrated commercial campaigns, optimizing performance based on KPIs and ROI
- Expand and manage distributor and platform relationships; lead negotiations on pricing and channel strategy
- Partner cross‑functionally with Publishing, Marketing, and design teams to support major beats and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in retail, consumer products, or business development, ideally in entertainment or lifestyle brands
- Proven ability to build B2B partnerships and scale new retail or offline channels
- Commercially minded with solid understanding of P&L, pricing, and channel performance
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments
- Collaborative mindset with a passion for creating player‑centric experiences
