•Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the organizational unit, act as main contact to the business leaders & managers with regards to HR Solutions to make the business successful.
•Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issue; navigates employees and manager to HR Shared Services when it is the more appropriate resource.
•Work closely with HR COE teams and Business Leaders to provide a comprehensive HR support and professional people management approaches in the Business assigned for all employee lifecycle solutions including work force planning, onboarding, people development, compensation & benefit, labor relations in alignment with the respective solution owners and according to the HR Mandate
•Manage employee relations in a fair and transparent way, promoting employee relations culture, values and behaviors, find ways to build engagement, improve workplace relationships and sense of community to boost productivity and retention.
•Promote the company value and leadership culture through close collaboration with the management team.
•Establishes and maintains relationships with key business or function, develop and deliver a wide spectrum of HR-related programs to support business needs and implementation of the HR strategy and related initiatives.
•Develop and manage communications regarding organizational structure, employment-related tasks, and HR-related programs and policies.
•Work closely with the HR team to solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data to improve the internal process。
