岗位职责:

1.全面负责集团的COE的发展工作,做好组织发展规划和组织优化调整;
2.负责建立和完善组织架构审批以及定岗定编的制度、流程等;
3.负责薪酬绩效,人才测评、人才选拔、人才盘点、人才晋升等人才发展项目工作;
4.负责关键岗位及人才干部的管理;
5.负责搭建各职级岗位序列的胜任力模型及其应用体系,为招聘、培训和绩效管理工作提供专业依据;

职位要求:

1.本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商企业管理等相关专业优先;
2.8年以上人才发展或组织发展工作经验;
3.专业能力强,逻辑思维清晰,善于学习思考;
4.积极主动,具备独立解决问题能力,能承受压力并适应较快的工作节奏。
