Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's global growth objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and senior management team in planning and directing organizational goals.
Organizational Development:
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication strategies are in place to engage employees across all locations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and grievances promptly and fairly.
 
Diversity and Inclusion:
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a welcoming environment for all employees.
  • Implement strategies to increase diversity at all levels of the organization.
 
Global Mobility and Compliance:
  • Oversee international assignments, expatriate management, and relocation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across different countries.
 
HR Analytics and Technology:
  • Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems.
 
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Regional experience in the retail/chain store model is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in global HR leadership roles, with a track record of successful strategic HR management.
  • In-depth understanding of cultural nuances within state-owned and multinational corporations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) is preferred.
