• S&OP – International Sales Forecast timeliness and accuracy.
• Sales / Admin reporting processes to monitor business
• Identify portfolio of Libbey glassware for the international countries in his territory.
• Design and deliver price/margin structure for international customers
• Set up and deliver distribution target for glassware in the countries.
