- 负责制定、发展和实施大客户管理战略和计划 (exc McD),达到年度业绩目标(KPI)。
- 寻找、发展潜在大客户,建立客户信息数据库,挖掘客户的潜在价值。
- 维护、巩固大客户关系,负责全方位的销售、客户服务、收款和促销工作。
- 和业务支持部门沟通,争取最优的商务条件。
- 完成全年销售任务,及时进行业务汇报。
- 对与主要大客户开展的促销活动进行评估,全面分析目标实现情况,并对未来的促销活动提出建议。
- 不断熟悉公司产品,了解农产品加工、销售的相关行业信息。
- 从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议。
- Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of Key Account management strategies (exc McD) and achieve annual KPI
- Seek and develop potential Key Accounts, establish customer profile and dig their potential value
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with Key Accounts, be responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service, collections and promotion
- Keep close communication with related department to achieve best commericial condition
- Deliver whole year sales for KA channel and report progress in a timely manner
- Evaluate promotions carried out with major Key Accounts with full analysis of achievement against objectives and recommendation on improvements for future campaign
- Improve understanding on company's products, acquire Produce market information especially on food processing and sales
- Offer useful suggestions on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs
- Guide and train department members to improve business and service ability
- 不少于五年餐饮行业大客户销售的工作经验,如有中西式大型餐饮业客户资源者及大賣場如山姆/COSTCO优先考虑。
- 良好的商务分析和培训技能;
- 敏锐的商业头脑,积极主动;
- 创造力和业务能力。
- 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力,能够与客户建立相互信任的关系;
- 能够影响或激励销售团队接受新概念和新方式。
- 本科或以上学历,食品、市场营销、商务或其他相关专业;
- 良好的团队合作精神、精力充沛;
- At least 5 years working experience in catering industry regarding key account sales,Western - Chinese catering industry customer & C&C channel like Sam’s or Costco resources is preferred
- Good ability of business analysis and training skills
- Strong business acumen, an aggressive self-starter
- Creativity and operational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
- An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
- College or above degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors
- Team player and possesses high energy level
