职责范围 - Area of responsibility: 
负责公司产品(农产品)的全国销售业务

岗位职责 - Job responsibility:
  1. 负责制定、发展和实施大客户管理战略和计划 (exc McD),达到年度业绩目标(KPI)。
  2. 寻找、发展潜在大客户,建立客户信息数据库,挖掘客户的潜在价值。
  3. 维护、巩固大客户关系,负责全方位的销售、客户服务、收款和促销工作。
  4. 和业务支持部门沟通,争取最优的商务条件。
  5. 完成全年销售任务,及时进行业务汇报。
  6. 对与主要大客户开展的促销活动进行评估,全面分析目标实现情况,并对未来的促销活动提出建议。
  7. 不断熟悉公司产品,了解农产品加工、销售的相关行业信息。
  8. 从销售和客户需求的角度,对产品的研发提供指导性建议。
 
  1. Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of Key Account management strategies (exc McD) and achieve annual KPI
  2. Seek and develop potential Key Accounts, establish customer profile and dig their potential value
  3. Maintain and enhance the relationship with Key Accounts, be responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service, collections and promotion
  4. Keep close communication with related department to achieve best commericial condition
  5. Deliver whole year sales for KA channel and report progress in a timely manner
  6. Evaluate promotions carried out with major Key Accounts with full analysis of achievement against objectives and recommendation on improvements for future campaign
  7. Improve understanding on company's products, acquire Produce market information especially on food processing and sales
  8. Offer useful suggestions on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs
  9. Guide and train department members to improve business and service ability
能力 - Competencies:
  1. 不少于五年餐饮行业大客户销售的工作经验,如有中西式大型餐饮业客户资源者及大賣場如山姆/COSTCO优先考虑。
  2. 良好的商务分析和培训技能;
  3. 敏锐的商业头脑,积极主动;
  4. 创造力和业务能力。
  5. 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力,能够与客户建立相互信任的关系;
  6. 能够影响或激励销售团队接受新概念和新方式。
  7. 本科或以上学历,食品、市场营销、商务或其他相关专业;
  8. 良好的团队合作精神、精力充沛;
 
  1. At least 5 years working experience in catering industry regarding key account sales,Western - Chinese catering industry customer & C&C channel like Sam’s or Costco resources is preferred
  2. Good ability of business analysis and training skills
  3. Strong business acumen, an aggressive self-starter
  4. Creativity and operational skills
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting business relationships
  6. An ability to influence or inspire sales team to buy-in new concept and behavior change
  7. College or above degree, majored in Food, Marketing, Commerce or other related majors
  8. Team player and possesses high energy level
