  1. Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of Key Account - McD management strategies and achieve annual KPI
  2. Seek and develop potential Key Accounts, establish customer profile and dig their potential value
  3. Maintain and enhance the relationship with Key Accounts, be responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service, collections and promotion
  4. Keep close communication with related department to achieve best commericial condition
  5. Deliver whole year sales for KA channel and report progress in a timely manner
  6. Evaluate promotions carried out with major Key Accounts with full analysis of achievement against objectives and recommendation on improvements for future campaign
  7. Improve understanding on company's products, acquire Produce market information especially on food processing and sales
  8. Offer useful suggestions on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs
  9. Guide and train department members to improve business and service ability
