- Responsible for formulation, development and implementation of Key Account - McD management strategies and achieve annual KPI
- Seek and develop potential Key Accounts, establish customer profile and dig their potential value
- Maintain and enhance the relationship with Key Accounts, be responsible for all aspects of sales, customer service, collections and promotion
- Keep close communication with related department to achieve best commericial condition
- Deliver whole year sales for KA channel and report progress in a timely manner
- Evaluate promotions carried out with major Key Accounts with full analysis of achievement against objectives and recommendation on improvements for future campaign
- Improve understanding on company's products, acquire Produce market information especially on food processing and sales
- Offer useful suggestions on product development from the perspective of sales and customer needs
- Guide and train department members to improve business and service ability
