About the Client
* Our Client is a USD Private Equity Firm. Office located in central part of Shanghai.
 
About the Position
* The candidate will take the lead of all office administration issues of the Shanghai Office of our client.
* The role both maintains Executive Assistant of Senior Leadership team and whole office admin issues.
 
Main Responsibilities
* Office Administration. Take overall responsibility of office administration, including office environment, office supplier and procurement management, administration budget and expense control, company car and driver management, etc.
* Executive Assistant. Provide Executive Assistant support to Senior Management team. Including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement etc.
* Budgeting and cost control. Prepare the administration annual budget, ensure cost effectiveness, and monitor daily execution results.
* Event/Conference support. Initiate and organize various events, conferences, anniversaries, staff activities, etc.
* Perform other work duties as assigned.
 
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor and above degree;
* At least 5 Years administration related working experience is required;
* Preferred working experience in Fund, PE, VC, Consulting Firm.
* Excellent communication and collaboration capability;
* Familiar with business environment, sound business acumen and commercial sense;
* Fluent in English and Chinese.
