Payment IT Delivery Head

Job Summary: As the IT Delivery Director for Payment Solutions, you will lead and manage the IT delivery team responsible for payment systems. You will ensure that all payment system developments align with the company's strategic goals and meet business needs. You will work closely with business units to translate requirements into technical solutions that enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT delivery team for payment solutions.
• Collaborate with business units to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and execute IT strategies and project plans for payment systems.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of payment systems.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners related to payment systems.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure team adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Manage budgets and resources for cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and professional development opportunities for the team.
• Regularly report project status and team performance to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in payment systems.
• Familiarity with payment systems, electronic payment platforms, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methods and project management tools.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.
• Experience working in international banks or financial services companies.
• Experience working in multicultural environments.
