•Develop and iterate performance management strategy and framework at country level to enable organization transformation for China
•Design, develop and implement various tools/systems of performance management to nurture business development
•Lead or participate key projects related performance management to drive high performance culture
•Counter-partner with corporate department and other countries for performance management topics
•Analyze internal data and market trend about performance development and propose valuable solutions
Provide consultancy enabling to HR BP for performance management related topics (methods, process, tools, exchanges and workshops) in rGBs.
 
•Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources is a plus
•More than 8 year working experience in performance management, with in-depth knowledge of different performance management tools/systems
•Strategic and conceptual thinking, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, execute and deliver results
•Working experiences in various kind of companies/industries will be a plus
•Good understanding or knowledge of HR function and systems
•Good at communication and influencing with stakeholder in different level
•High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing
